Shiv Shakti is an ongoing skill-training program that allows individuals to acquire new abilities, practice them frequently, and progressively enhance their craftsmanship.
A wide variety of innovative and useful skills are covered throughout the program, such as:
Handbag Making using recycle fabric
Crochet & Crochet Products
Jewelry Making
Sewing & Stitching
Painting
Handcrafted & Handmade Items
Beneficiaries learn how to turn basic materials into attractive, functional, and marketable objects through practical training.

This skill training program’s handcrafted objects, such as jewelry, embroidered goods, paintings, purses, and crochet crafts, symbolize much more than the final product.
Every new product has a woman or young girl behind it who has picked up a new talent, practiced it for a while, and made it by hand.
For us, the most significant aspect is not just witnessing a stunning product but also witnessing the individual who created it gain self-assurance.
The chance to display the beneficiaries’ finished items at different exhibitions and events is something which we are proud of.
These exhibitions provide the beneficiaries with a platform to showcase their handmade works to a larger audience, ranging from jewelry, paintings, and handmade purses and crocheted goods.
A significant aspect of their journey is the recognition that their products acquire. It enables them to see the worth of their abilities and motivates them to keep learning and producing.
A product on display at an exhibition is more than just a product; it is a representation of capability, confidence and possibility.
At MG SocialCare, we recognize that teaching a skill is only one aspect of true empowerment.
It’s about fostering an atmosphere that inspires women and young girls to learn, try new things, create, and have bigger dreams.
Shiv Shakti seeks to support this journey by combining skill development with opportunities to showcase and celebrate the work produced by the participants.
Learn → Practice → Produce → Display → Boost Confidence → Grow
Shiv Shakti is not a one-time training program. It is an on-going program, enabling participants to further develop existing skills as well as explore new areas of creativity and craftsmanship.
We are looking forward to further expand the range of skills, products and opportunities available to the community and create further avenues through which their work can be recognized and appreciated.
We are thankful to HCL – Shiv Nadar Foundation for associating with us and supporting us in this journey of creating meaningful opportunities for women and young girls of Dadri.
